Guests will enjoy six wines accompanied with extraordinary paired dishes prepared by Chicago Grill and Bar Chef Igor Korneev. Discover delightful Italian classic flavors - Risotto Combo, Sun Dried Tomato Pesto and Parmesan Roasted Beets , Served with a Creamy Tarragon Scallop ; Spinach Ravioli with a Mushroom Sage Cream Sauce, Crispy Parmesan and Truffled Mushroom Caviar and traditional steak experience - Dry Aged Striploin with Grilled Artichoke and a Spicy Tomato Pepper Sauce and soft Amaretto Tiramisù for dessert!
